By creating an account or using SecureGap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using SecureGap on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SecureGap is an AI-powered security assessment platform that helps organizations identify gaps in their security posture and generate prioritized recommendations.
We provide the platform on an “as is” basis and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You must notify us immediately at hello@securegap.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Each account is for use by the organization that created it — you may not share accounts across unrelated entities.
You agree not to:
Your assessment responses and results belong to you. We do not share your assessment data with third parties. We do not use your assessment data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the platform — this data cannot be traced back to your organization.
SecureGap is offered on a paid subscription basis with a free trial period. By starting a trial you agree to provide valid payment information. At the end of the trial, your subscription begins automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
SecureGap, its underlying AI models, assessment frameworks, recommendation logic, and all platform content are the intellectual property of SecureGap Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd.
Your assessment results and reports are yours. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
SecureGap provides security assessment guidance, not guarantees. Our recommendations are generated by AI and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation.
We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will prevent security incidents. The platform is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecureGap Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or if we determine your use poses a risk to other users or the platform.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@securegap.io. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
